DOL Hearing Rules – Washington Administrative Code

The rules governing administrative hearings by the Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) are contained in the Washington Administrative Code. WAC 308-103-010 thru 190. They give great latitude and discretion to the hearing officer presiding over your license suspension hearing and to the DOL as a whole. The links to each section of the chapter are provided below. It is not necessary for anyone to memorize these rules but they’ve been provided to help those charged with a DUI in Washington better understand the process they are going through. Contact one of our DUI lawyers if you wish to further discuss these WACs.
